Mission
Build, maintain, and scale the integrations between Vocca and medical software (France and US). The goal: connect our voice agent to existing systems (practice software, calendars, EHRs, CRMs…) to automate appointment management, calls, and patient information.
This role is critical to delivering a seamless, fast, and consistent experience for healthcare professionals by ensuring robust interoperability between our platform and their software stack.
Expected Outcomes
Month 1:
- Understand our current integration architecture
- Deliver one first integration (e.g. French scheduling system or US practice software via REST API or simplified HL7)
- Document integration patterns (webhooks, polling, middleware) as reusable templates
- Map out the next 10 integrations to prioritize (France + US)
Month 3:
- Launch and maintain 3 key integrations in France or the US (live with real customers)
- Build an internal SDK or standardized integration library
- Set up an integration monitoring dashboard (status, errors, retries)
- Handle resilience, redundancy, and alerting at scale
6–12 Months:
- Launch bidirectional sync between our platform and a major EHR
- Refactor existing integrations for scalability, reusability, and monitoring
- Build a universal scheduling abstraction, exposed internally for all time-based features
- Create an "Integrations" team or unit (tech + ops) to industrialize the process
